The lower the suspension of the iron remover, the better the iron removal effect

Before opening the iron remover, please check whether the indicated oil level is at the upper limit of the oil pointer. Then turn on the power supply of each switch in turn, start the excitation circuit to check the air flow out of the fan, and the flowmeter indicates correctly. Otherwise, adjust the electrical circuit of the fan and the special pump;

Always observe whether the readings of voltmeter and ammeter are normal and shall not exceed the rated value; If the iron removal effect is not good, please adjust the lifting height or the distance between the electromagnetic separator and the head roll; Check the electrical insulation performance of coil and motor. Power on after meeting the requirements;

Before operating the iron separator, the insulation resistance between the winding and the magnet housing should be less than 10M Ω. Check whether the wiring of excitation winding is correct and reliable.  

The lower the suspension of the iron remover is, the better the iron removal effect is. The higher the effect is, the higher the dilution rate of the material is. The higher the magnetic field intensity of the iron remover, the better the iron removal effect. If you prefer to install, you must find the angle and hang the electromagnetic iron separator correctly. The lower the suspension height, the better, without affecting the normal operation of the belt. Correct installation and suspension will have a significant impact on the effect of the iron separator. In the actual use process, it should be correctly used and maintained to achieve good iron removal effect.

Perform four inspections after installing the iron remover. For the installation of iron separator, technicians are usually installed on site. After installing the iron remover, it cannot be used directly, and it needs to be checked after installation.

1. Check whether the voltage is normal, whether the insulation is good, and whether the iron remover and control cabinet are grounded.

2. Check whether the electrical components of the control cabinet are in good condition and whether the wiring terminals are in good condition.

3. Check whether the height of the iron remover is correct, the suspension is firm and the lock is locked.

4. Check whether the trolley operates normally in the correct direction.

In addition to the four inspections for the installation of the iron separator, personnel should also install the iron separator. Once installed incorrectly, it will affect the normal use of the iron separator and cause serious damage to the waste iron treatment.
